Tintri appoints former Cisco CFO, John C. Bolger, to Board of Directors

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., January 19, 2016 – Tintri Inc., a leading producer of VM-aware storage (VAS) for virtualization and cloud environments, today announced that John C. Bolger has joined Tintri as its newest board member. John brings more than 30 years of accounting and financial expertise, as well as extensive public company board and senior management experience.

Bolger is a retired vice president of finance and administration as well as chief financial officer for Cisco Systems Inc., and has served as audit committee chair on more than 10 boards of a variety of high tech companies.

Bolger has been a private investor for the past 10 years and is a certified public accountant. Bolger holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
